• M&A, and complete Form 24 and Form 49
• ID of directors
• Company profile, product catalogue, certification, and other relevant information

For Partnership and Sole Proprietorship
• Form D (Register of Business) and SSM Info
• ID of owners
• Company profile, product catalogue, certification, and other relevant information

Step 2  Fill in the form below and upload the relevant documents as shown in STEP 1.

Step 3 SANIFIX will review your application. This may take 7-10 days. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on usage of information submitted.

Step 4 Upon approval, SANIFIX will assign you a user name and password for login.

Step 5 Log in to our online shop and enjoy special prices on selected items.
