For orders below RM800, delivery charges apply, depending on the weight and size of items.
For orders outside of Klang Valley, email onlineshop@sanifix.com.my and we’ll work out the delivery fees for you before you place your order.
DELIVERY TERMS
– Upon receipt of your payment, we will email or call you to confirm your order and delivery method.
– Your orders will be prepared at our warehouse and dispatched to you within 3-5* working days (for standard delivery items). For over-sized items, please allow 5-7 days. Please see table below.
– Delivery charges apply to each order. To avoid repeat charges, place all your items under the same order.
– You can also opt for self-pickup (see below) from our warehouse. If you choose this option, delivery charges will be waived.
*Delivery may take longer during peak periods
TYPES OF DELIVERY
Depending on the need and/or stock availability, we offer the following:
Split order
In order to expedite things, we may split your order into multiple deliveries. You can also indicate your priorities when placing your order.
Pre-order
For items that are currently not in stock but available for pre-order, we will indicate the estimated delivery time on the product page. Please contact us* if you need further clarification.
Special order
For special items, such as customized or cut-to-order products, please contact us* to place your order.
Express
Products that are in stock may be available for Same Day or Next Day delivery. Please contact us should you need this.
Note Orders must be placed before 10am on a working day and is only considered confirmed upon an email notification from us. Delivery fee varies, depending on size and weight of your order as well as any additional conditions selected.
By appointment
By default, orders are processed and dispatched out according to our regular schedule. However, you can also choose to pre-schedule the delivery date (subject to availability). Please contact us* before placing your order.

SELF-PICKUP
Don’t like waiting for delivery? Collect your orders directly from our warehouse. Here’s how:
1. At the Checkout page, click on the ‘Self-Pickup’ option.
2. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Bring your ID and a copy of the confirmation email to our warehouse to collect your order.
Please note:
– Self-pickup is subject to stock availability and is valid only for orders that are confirmed via our Order Pickup notification email.
– Most orders can be ready for pickup within two hours. However, for larger items or bigger orders, we may need more time to get them ready. Please call us at +603-8211-2322 before you come.
– If you’ve opted for Self-Pickup, please collect your orders within 7 days from the date of the notification email. Uncollected orders will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
ADDITIONAL/PENALTY CHARGES
Should any of the following occur during shipping, customers may be required to pay additional charges or penalty:
• Idling or waiting
• Rerouting of delivery point
• Unloading/partial unloading
• Rescheduling
• Cancellation
